transaction procedure



1 buyer issues icpo and tsa containing the seller working procedure with scanned copy of buyer passport along with the buyer company certificate of incorporation via the seller mandate dr giorgio manca

2 seller issues commercial invoice of the products in tanks at the port to be sign by buyer and buyer tank hub number and isps code.

3 upon receipt of the signed ci from buyer, seller issue the below pop documents as below and start the injection into buyer tank

a. notarized commercial invoice (ci); b. injection report on buyers shore tank rotterdam (ir) c. unconditional dip test authorization letter (dta) confirm by sellers tank farm and port authorities d. authorization to verify physically product (atv) f. fresh cut q&q report (sgs) no more than 24 hours and bill of ladding.

4 buyer verifies full pop and conduct dip test (if necessary) and upon successful dip test, buyer pays via mt 103/tt.

5 seller transfer title on buyers name and pays commission within 48 hours to all intermediaries as imfpa

in the transaction per ncnda/imfpa agreement and subsequently monthly shipment continue as per terms and conditions of the sales agreement between buyer and seller.


procedure cif

1. buyer issues icpo, along with bank comfort letter ( bcl) via mt 999, buyer's company registration certificate upon receipt in acceptance of seller's soft offer.

2. seller issues sale & purchase agreement (spa), buyer review, signs, and return the spa in word format to seller within seven (7) banking days along with buyer's cis of the exact bank issuing the financial instrument.

3. seller sends final approved spa to buyer in pdf format along with the commercial invoice for buyer's issuance of sblc mt760/dlc mt700 with first pre advice issue mt999/mt199 ready, willing and able (rwa) to seller's fiduciary bank account confirming their readiness and capability to execute the transaction.

4. seller issues to buyer via email the following transaction documents (partial

pop)

a certificate of origin. b commitment to supply. c product passport

d statement of availability of the product. e export license.

the buyer confirms the receipt of the documents by issuing a confirmation letter within 24hrs via email.

5. buyer issues sblc mt760/dlc mt700 with initially with pre advice

mt999/mt199 ready, willing and able (rwa) to seller's fiduciary bank and sends swift copy of the issued sblc mt760/dlc mt700 and pre advice mt999/mt199 ready, willing and able (rwa) confirming issued to seller.

upon confirmation of sblc mt760/dlc m

6. within seven (7) banking days, after buyer's bank in accordance with seller's verbiage issues swift sblc mt760/dlc mt700 to seller's fiduciary bank account to cover the lst shipment total product value and send swift copies to seller to enable seller commence loading of product with the shipping company.

seller's bank issues 2% pb to buyer's bank to activate buyer's financial instrument within seven (7) days.

7. within seven (7) banking days upon confirmation of buyer's sblc mt760/dlc mt700 or security guarantee deposit of 20% via t/t wire to seller's fiduciary bank, seller will issue 2% pertormance bond .
