the evaluation, smelting, and assay of the product shall be conducted in the presence of both buyer and seller representatives.

3. delivery terms & procedure

delivery shall be on cif basis (cost, insurance, freight).

the seller has transported the consignment from the mining sites to the export hub in nairobi, kenya.

both parties agree to commence with the total quantity of 1,850 kg.

inspection, smelting, and confirmation of purity will be jointly performed by both parties at nairobi prior to export.

export logistics costs shall be shared equally (50% seller / 50% buyer).

a collateral security shall be deposited at a mutually agreed secure facility and tested by an agreed assayer.

payment shall be effected to the seller by the buyer only at the final destination (dubai), after deduction of mutually agreed expenses.

transfer of ownership and all relevant documents shall occur only once the seller confirms receipt of full payment in his designated bank account.
